Some services such as Morpheus8, weight loss solutions, biostimulator, and lumeccca IPL do require a consult prior to treatment to evaluate if the treatment is appropriate for your concerns. Oftentimes, treatments can still be completed on the date of consult, but this is addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we offer CareCredit financing which gives our clients a flexible 0% financing option which can help support larger investment into many of our packages, offering the best value for your treatment goals.

Each treatment has a different associated downtime. For neurotoxin downtime is minimal if any. Dermal filler may be associated with 3-4 days of bruising and swelling. SkinPen microneedling typically is associated with 1-3 days of redness and mild bruising. Morpheus8 can take up to 1 week on average of recovery.

It is typically recommended that you avoid alcohol as this can lead to increased bruising and bleeding for your procedure. Similarly ibuprofen can increase bruising. If you are taking any form of blood thinner it is recommended to consult with your physician to check if those can be held prior to an aesthetic treatment.

While some treatments such as neurotoxin and fillers should be avoided during pregnancy, others such as light chemical peels can be done during pregnancy. It is important to discontinued any topical Vitamin A derivatives such as retinol during pregnancy. Some treatments such as neurotoxin and microneedling can be incorporated while breastfeeding as well. It is critical that you share during your consult whether you are pregnant, nursing, or have plans for pregnancy in the near future so that your treatment can be customized in a safe manner for you and baby.

Every member of the Glow Haus MD has had the appropriate training in their fields to provide your scheduled service. All injectable services are completed by either Dr. K or Ashley. If you have any questions regarding an upcoming appointment don’t hesitate to call and we are more than happy to address them.
Policies
Complementary Consults
Upon scheduling an appointment, we will require a card on record. All of our consultations are complementary, however should you no-show there will be a $50 service fee.
Cancellations
Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 48 hours prior to their appointment. Any changes that occur after 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 service fee. We understand emergencies happen - please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes. Your deposit will ensure we can accommodate all guests in a timely manner.
Tipping
As a medical aesthetic practice, we do not accept tips in the form of cash. We know that our services are an investment, so our preferred tip will always be a new client referral, reviews, and sharing your experience at Glow Haus MD.
Late Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a “no show” and will be shared the no-show $50 fee.
