How it all started…

In 2020, I reached a turning point in my life. After years of dedicating myself almost entirely to the care of others, I realized I could no longer function at my peak if I did not focus on my own well-being. As a hospital physician and mother of three young children, my life has always revolved around service - to my patients, my family, and everyone around me. Following the demands of working through the height of the COVID pandemic, I found myself depleted, disconnected and no longer the woman I envisioned as a role model for my daughter.

So I changed - I reclaimed my health. Under the guidance of my physician, I began my weight loss journey, made changes in my lifestyle, and truly thrived with the momentum I gained on tirzepatide. I redefined my relationship with nutrition, wellness, and self-care. I have since lost over 90lb. But this weight loss journey became about far more than weight loss. I rediscovered my confidence, my energy, and the joy of truly feeling comfortable in my own skin. I felt empowered and it was this experience that inspired new purpose in empowering others who were sharing similar struggles.

I had always had an interest in aesthetics, and when a friend needed a physician to join in a business venture to provide laser hair removal services, I was eager to expand my knowledge in medical aesthetics. This seed has since grown into my current brand Glow Haus MD. With the support of my amazing team, we have created a space where women (and men too) feel supported, understood, and empowered to prioritize themselves. This space blends medical expertise with a personalized approach to help every client look and feel their absolute best.

Today, I am honored to combine both my professional knowledge and personal experience to guide others on their own journeys toward confidence, vitality, and self-love. In a community with many options in medical aesthetics, I am proud that my team gives a unique experience that is personal, prioritizing safety, and focusing on each client’s natural beauty.
